All cottages are fully Self Contained, A/Conditioned, Colour TV, VCR, DVD, CD Players, Own Bathrooms, Veranda, Shared Laundry and Communal BBQ Area, are located 20 to 100 metres from Waterfront on 2 acres.  Family Friendly, *Pets Welcome (Conds. apply)

 Standard - 1st Feb - End April  1st September to 19th December 1st May  - August 30th 

Bond of $300 per cottage Required on arrival in cash or credit card authorization form ID and signature

TERMS OF PAYMENT       Deposit is required on all bookings by Eftpos, Visa, Master Card, Cheque or Money Order.  Balance of Fees are payable on arrival.  50% of Tariff is required 6 months prior to Christmas bookings balance on arrival.. All deposits are non-refundable **(Cond. apply and Negotiable with good reason for cancelation)
**25 % of total tariff will be forfeited with in 6 months of arrival date for xmas bookings.

 

Cottages are to be left clean or a cost of $100 will be charged to your account for cleaning costs.

Inside the Cottages are smoke free zone $100 will be charged to your account for deodorising and extra cleaning if this is not adhered

Group booking discounts apply to Golfers, Bowlers, Fishing Clubs, Christian Fellowship Getaways, School Excursions, Parents Retreat, Retirees etc
